Shipping Policy

Shipping is (3-7) business days after processing (1-5 days) due to high volume. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.

When purchasing, please add your apartment number at checkout.

Before submitting your order, please check your address. If you live in an apartment or building, provide the number at checkout. If your address is incorrect, the USPS will return your package, incurring a $10.99 reshipping fee.

Returned shipment: If your package is returned due to an insufficient address, this will also result in a $10.99 reshipping fee.

ALL SHIPMENT LABELS that have been purchased are final and non-refundable.

If a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, there are no exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. There are no refunds on any digital downloads, such as meal plans and vendors.
